Prescription Medication
Weight loss medication will be prescribed and sent to you directly. If you meet qualifications, prescription medications like GLP-1s such as Semiglutide or Tirzepatide, among others will be prescribed.
Monthly Check In's
You will have monthly check in's with Dr. Kirzner. During these check in's you will update Dr. Kirzner on your progress and will receive your refills for medication, if necessary.
Simplified Plan
Patients will receive all these features at one simple monthly rate.*
